Dr. Kenneth R. Hammond has spent more than three decades serving the Church in her most vulnerable and formative moments. A former senior pastor, denominational executive, and seminary-trained theologian, Dr. Hammond founded Transition Ministry Associates with a singular conviction: that the local church deserves expert guidance rooted in Scripture, pastoral wisdom, and organizational excellence.

He has guided congregations ranging from 200-member rural churches to multi-campus ministries of 10,000+ through transitions that others deemed impossible. His approach holds together the prophetic and the practical — never reducing the sacred to a management exercise, and never using spiritual language to avoid the hard work of organizational health.
